Each Solar MicroGreens turnkey system costs $65,000, totaling $6.5 million. Our goal is to empower communities with the tools and knowledge to raise these funds and develop their solar garden projects. We have models, blueprints, and 3D versions of the system integral to our training and green workforce development programs. Our comprehensive build-out includes tools and resources for contractors and developers to execute these projects successfully. We aim to create a new generation of energy developers who are ready to work on projects within your company, developing not just infrastructure but also people and communities. Each Micro GreenHouse Business costs $45,000, totaling $4.5 million. The goal is to find community members interested in owning their own small one to two-person business, which follows a franchised model of a Controlled Environmental Agriculture (CEA) Greenhouse Business. Participants will first undergo training and complete a stipend-supported certification program. Upon certification, they will have the option to start their own Micro Greenhouse Franchise, receiving a micro-grant to cover startup and marketing costs. Additionally, their business will receive digital support from the Digital Business Center and Co-op, including free membership and technical support. Each Tiny House costs $85,000+, totaling around $5.5 million. This plan aims to secure land for a workforce tiny house village where green workforce program participants can live and work. Residents will study and gain experience while living in the village, which is on the same land where they work. In exchange for subsidized rent, community members will work at the indoor/outdoor farming co-op, the solar panel factory co-op, and the tiny house manufacturing co-op. They will receive compensation, albeit at a reduced rate due to the housing subsidy, ensuring a high quality of living. The community will benefit from subsidized energy, food, water, and other co-op services. Each Proof of Concept Short Film costs $10,000+, totaling around $200 Hundred-Thousand. These collaborative projects leverage existing community and creative economy resources to develop multiple projects, showcasing the talent and creative value that Seattle offers to the world. The initiative will be developed in conjunction with other creative economy development centers like AIE, the premier videogame, animation and VFX school, and the Seattle Film Institute. These collaborations aim to highlight new and upcoming talent from Washington State in the film and digital creation space.
